  • hey man remove your hand I can't see shit!

  • @omatsu123 What the fuck difference does it make there foreigner? It is going in a fucking blender.

  • Is this American way of cooking? Learn how to dice tomatoes???

  • do we really need a video on how to dice tomatoes? that certainly wasn't any expert slicing either....

  • Thanks for the video. Wish I could see through your hand though.

  • slice like a noob geez

  • First of all i'll say thanks for the video because it might help some people. Now and I hardly critisize if ever but really 3 minutes and 20 seconds for showing how to peel and cut 6 tomatoes that's just useless above all for a gazpacho!

You said a quick recipe but i think videos combined are around 10 minutes wich is way to long! just cut them in four pieces do the same for the peppers cucumber and put in the blender with other ingredients you'll get the same result but in 3 minutes no more

  • "You have to be careful not to cut your fingers" I think that is best advice given in this video.

  • Chef says one thing I disagree with: @ :58, "cut tomatoes while they're cold". Do NOT refrigerate tomatoes, ever! The chill will deactivate some of their flavor compounds and remove a lot of their taste. Keep the toms @ room temp.

Also, if you can't find good fresh tomatoes, use whole canned tomatoes--they're usually higher quality than what you find in the supermarket. Use a good name brand, like Hunt's or Progresso, avoid the generics because they will begin with lesser quality tomatoes.

  • Nice fake Rolex, $25 NYC? lol
