on a cold and rainy December day in NEW YORK CITY, a small and eclectic group of people gathered together to take part in a photoshoot for the NIKE DESTROYER PROJECT.

the shoot highlights this group as the "new school" of folks who contribute to the ever-changing landscape of NEW YORK, represented by each of them wearing the special black edition DESTROYER VARSITY (not sold).

If Nike is going to name a jacket "Destroyer" then I believe it should have it cleverly embroidered onto the jacket instead of the lame NSW on the sleeve.

The lining of the $340 Destroyer jacket is SO flimsy and cheap and the leather and wool is mediocre at best.

I like the concept of the Destroyer jacket but Nike could do so much better.
