I read somewhere that if you have red lenses you should also use red led's because of light transmission or some shit like that. but you are stating otherwise. so which is it?
Yes with red lens use red led has the best result. White led is too bright and tends to make the red lens look lighter, so creating a worst than original effect. I tried that on my car and already stopped selling the white led as brake light bulb replacement. The white led is good though for other applications like reverse light, marker light, side light ...etc. I have all the light bulbs in my car replaced by led bulbs.
WHERE can I buy these? Been looking for a bulb like this that shows all the way around not just straight back for my 3157 and 3457/amber bulb replacements. thanks.
