Touched by an Angel--"A Winter Carol," Excerpt 8

In this closing scene from the December 16, 2001 "Touched by an Angel" episode, "A Winter Carol," it's near the end of the Christmas pageant, and both Benny and Andrew have played the drums during the musical sequences (while Tess, meanwhile, has played the piano). Victoria announces to the congregation that her son has joined the army and will leave after Christmas Day. Monica then announces that Patrick has decided what song he wants sung at the end, and introduces the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The choir marches into the sanctuary and takes its place in front, singing "The Battle Hymn of the Republic." Roma Downey, Della Reese, John Dye, and Valerie Bertinelli starred in the series, with Blair Brown, JB Gaynor, Gregory Smith, and Brian Howe guest-starring on this episode.

His TRUTH is marching on.....thank you so much for sharing this. It made me cry, as most of the Touched by an Angel shows do. The emotion that was on the faces in the crowd brought back the pain and sadness of that day...8 years ago now...Thank you again!!
