i love the evil laugh!!! :) lol

@csutcliff yah i dont think it matters if it was 10 yds or 100 the results would have been the same to the human eye. a 308 only looses about 100-150 fps at 100 yds with a good ballistics coefficient. nice work!!!

I would say it works too lol

@DR1826 this round is for home defense and personal protection, the TAP round would do this @5 yards or 500 yards its designed to liquify soft tissue and internal organs, that watermelon might as well be someones stomach/liver/hear/kidneys and intestines all in one because a .308 with this round at just about any distance would nearly vaporize someones insides

is that the same as the match 168 gr amax ?

@MrROTTENJUGGALO , Yes, the bullets are the same. Hornady makes 2 types of 168 grain bullets, 1 with the red colored plastic ballistic-tip (amax) and the other one is a BTHP, (boat-tail hollow-point).....

this guy has a loose relationship with the truth. How does one hold the round in front of the camera, then immediately shoot the watermelon with it, and the melon splash onto the camera at 100 yds away? Looks more like 10 yards MAX.

@DR1826 ,
I never stated that this was ME holding the round. My camera was on a tripod about 5 yards away from melon. I'm at the other end of the range at 100 yards behind my rifle. My partner is the one holding the round in front of the camera & he then runs off behind the camera to take cover behind another dirt berm off to the left of the melon. Once he was out of sight/danger, I sent the round to the melon........any more questions about my truth....?
