A LESSON IN LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION.
Before 1901 Australia did not exist as a nation. It was a collection of six British colonies which were partly self-governing, but under the law-making power of the British Parliament.

1901 Queen Victoria signed the " Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act " containing section 9 , the colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia would be united and known as the Commonwealth of Australia.

The colonies became states of Australia and the new federal Parliament of the Commonwealth (now also known as the Parliament of Australia) was formed. Western Australia was not a party to the initial agreement but did agree to be included before the Commonwealth of Australia was officially established .

1911 Australia adopted the dominion of the british empire

1920 the League of Nations becomes part of International Law. With Australia as one of the 29 foundation member nations, its Sovereign Nation status and
political independence became guaranteed under Article 1 of the League's covenant.

1931 Statute of Westminster legally separated the british ties to Australian dominions.

1942 Statute of Westminster Adoption Act gave Australia total self-government power over the there dominion giving it the role of the sovereign in the law-making process.

The Commonwealth of Australia claims State Statute law overrules common law where there is inconstancy between the two laws but HOW CAN IT as its the law of the sea for shipping and cargo which violates section 109 of the Constitution .

The Constitution Sect 109 Inconsistency of laws.
When a law of a State (ie:staute law) is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth (ie:Common law), the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

There's a small flaw in this video set which has come to my attention since the upload .

We cant let any bank public or private create our money because this would be giving up the right we already have to create money. Contrary to common belief most think banks actually create & loan existent money which couldn't be any further from fact?. Almost every single legal argument in this "documentary" is flawed. To begin with, common law does not override other law. It is subordinate to democratically created Acts of Parliament (Union Steamship Co of Australia Pty Ltd v King (1988) 166 CLR 1). And that stuff about the Criminal Code is a lie.

s 268.10 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 actually creates the crime of enslavement. It does not mention councils, the common law or invalidity at all.

@CrownSovereignty These amendments & others opened the door up for a parliamentary secretary.This position was taken up by the now governor general of Australia, then Governor general of Qld thus the governor at that time no longer was working for the queen but " under " the state of Qld thus removing separation of powers?. She didn't resign from her position rather she moved into a parliamentary role taking her public seal unlawfully with her approving invalid law dictated by the premier?

It amended the Queensland & western Australian constitutions without state referendums . This allowed the state of Queensland where I live to make 114 changes ,131 additions & 116 deletions to the Queensland constitution in order to remove all of our ownership rights you moron?

There are many High Court decisions that contradict what he says, even the wording of the Constitution, the Australia Act and State Constitutions prove him wrong. Please do the research, because he is just lying to you. I thought at first he was just confused but now I truly believe he is intentionally misleading you.
