FUCK the MAN's RED LIGHT SCAM (How 2 beat a NYC Red Light Camera Ticket)

The UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF NYC's RED LIGHT CAMERA PROGRAM (NYCRLCP):

The NYCRLCP only takes a pic of your plate. It does not i.d. the driver, unlike L.A's Big Brother "LOCKHEED MARTIN" System where it takes a pic of the driver's face.

CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENT:
A Citizen, YOU, does not have to prove his innocence - the BURDEN OF PROOF falls on the State - who MUST PROVE YOU GULITY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.

Since the NYCRLCP does not i.d. the driver, OBVIOUS reasonable doubt exists as to the identity of the guilty party.

Therefore, if you were not driving your vehicle when the violation was committed (wink wink) - YOU ARE INNOCENT!

Is it a crime to lend your vehicle to someone? NO! So why does NY STATE DICTATE that you're responsible for the traffic violations of the person who borrows your car?

If this is so, shouldn't you then be guilty of their other moving violations, such as speeding tickets? Of course not, but you see...

NYC makes the fine so low, $50 (as opposed to $300 for L.A.) that they figure lazy sheep will sooner pay than fight for their rights and wealth - but...

Think about it:
If wouldn't be bad if this was the government's only SCAM - but they bleed you here, and they bleed you there... and soon, where will we all be?

If the ACLU weren't so busy defending every freaks right to use whatever bathroom they'd like, they might put their energy to more beneficial use in defending all Americans FROM AN UNJUST AND GREEDY GOVERNMENT WILLING TO TRAMPLE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS FOR A FEW MORE PENNIES!

Yeah , I beat the red light fine 5-6 times in Oz just writing back and telling them my mate "Bob" (don't know his last name) was driving...

Extra points: Beat the breathalyzer! Keep a small plastic ampule of vinegar handy in the car coin tray. 15 ML + should be enough. Swill it in your mouth and swallow when they're pulling you over... Acetic acid screws the chromate/dichromate used in the machine Machine shows = Err. Can't test again (double jepoardy). You won't see THAT test on MythBusters...

I just paid $170.00 speed camera ticket to Montgomery County Maryland Where Illegal Aleins Roam free. I did not pay the BASTARDS two $40.00 so the motherfuckers added late fees. and flagged my registration. I will get even. The county did not give me a trial and made me pay a fine. They owe me $170.00 and I will extract it in one way or another. Pay back is a BITCH!!!!!
