@ScottQB4 It's actually some kind of "glitch" caused in the sound test. In the version I have, the music would play normally (without the noticeable beeps) if you open the sound test and play the Metallic Base Zone Act 3 theme song. However, if you play a certain music in the sound test (such as Metallic Base Zone Act 4's theme song) and then play Metallic Base Zone Act 3's music, the music would play with the noticeable beeps. This "glitch" may not happen in the actual gameplay though.
