  • At 0:10, you can see the music.

  • 0:11! He´s just pretending to play by heart =P

Anyway a great performance (as expected) and superb music.

  • This is actually a transcription of Pahud's baby babble. Yes, he was born with a flute in his hands.

  • This is a weird piece, but i like it.

  • The performance isn't always about perfection. It could be the worst performance in your eyes, but as long as you exude confidence the audience will love it. I'm not trying to say that Mr. Pahud is one to make mistakes. However, we can all learn from how confident he is.

  • Mr Pahud, is the performance [very impressive] the real take, or you just mimicking to the pre recorded audio recording

  • Mr.Pahud is just simply one of the best among all FLUTISTS of our generation.

Instead of criticism most of us should try to mutch his musicianship and virtuosity.

    Good luck...

He will be always on the top!!!

Bravo maestro! Your flowless perfomance, full of spirit and innovation in phrasing makes this art timeless.

  • LOL, that was weird. I'm watching it and not expecting him to vocalize anything. I thought the flute was "the voice." Haha! You should have seen my confused expression. Interesting...

  • @ Heather87654 You can tell by his eyes he is not playing by heart... Even if the music were not visible... ;) (I love the idea of not using a music stand though... )

    He is the best!!

  • @vitembouwz I noticed that too. I could help but laugh, I wasn't expecting that they would use that angle if it were visible. Not that it detracts from his performance, as always, it was awesome.
