  • Remember that he just plugged the unit in and hadn't really had a chance to heat the pony tank up to temp.

  • It actually took about 30seconds to get up to operating temperature, you turned the tap on at at 2:44 and it took until 3:15 for you to say it was good. This seems really weird knowing that your sink is about 2 feet away from your hybrid heater. seems as though the utility sink isn't run directly off the hot side of the tank, i can understand if for some odd reason you ran your pipes all over the place and then back to the utility sink, otherwise i would think that 30 seconds is unacceptable.
