Execute florida death row inmate paul beasley johnson

Sheriff Grady Judd of the Polk County Sheriff's Office has posted an online petition urging Florida's governor to sign a death warrant for triple murderer Paul Beasley Johnson. In a move that legal professionals have called unusual, odd and unheard of, the sheriff's office launched the petition Wednesday Sept 30, 09 requesting Gov. Charlie Crist sign Johnson's death warrant.

It is a good thing to hear Sheriff Judd's painful story through GoPetition. But sad to hear his only way forward is to keep the hatred flowing. I wonder if his murdered friend was killed in such cold blood.

The death penalty is the ultimate denial of human rights. It is the premeditated and cold-blooded killing of a human being by the state. This cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment is done in the name of justice.

It violates the right to life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Sitting in jail for 30+ years is no justice is a lifestyle.
