Ted Nugent visits Durty Nellies in Palatine Illinois to help dedicate a monument to his mom. Family freind Eric Kinkel, who built the monument, invited Ted to the ceremony attended by Palatine Mayor Rita Mullins. Hundreds gathered outside the famed Durty Nellies for a glimpse of the Motor City MadMan as he gave a speech unlike any before.
