lost dog Astoria NY. please help to find this puppy $500 reward

the dog is only a puppy, the husband was walking the dog 3am, the puppy pulled the leash out of his hand and took off. he searched for him but he disappeared, with his leash dragging behind him attached to his collar. they have a child, that has been crying for the dog. i think what happen some one driving spotted the dog, stopped and took the dog into the car, and drove off. who ever it was no doubt saw the husband searching for dog. he is an different looking dog, so he would be easily spotted. i think some one has him and his holding, or is trying to sell him. i have been helping the owner in finding him. i don't care about the reward i just want the dog home. i knew the dog he is a very sweet dog, i feel horrible about him being missing. it breaks my heart.
