At 3:39 the police tells the guy to calm down..if this was states he would be knocked down to the ground, most likely tasered if not pepper sprayed in the face, handcuffed and charged with assaulting the officer, thats a felony... and carries a jail term of up to 3 years......... these people got away with just a slap on the wrist
