Alpha1Estates Limited officially launched on international television on Tuesday 26 December 2005 in a 90-minute presentation of our activities.

Alpha1Estates International's management discussed properties in Makkah and Madinah on British-based television station Islam Channel.. These featured the first international televised presentations of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment, the first major real estate project in Makkah.

The presentation was from 0930 GMT to 1100 GMT, during the holiday season a day after the Christmas Holiday and prime-time, heralding a response from the public which Mrs. Ridley referred to as "a world exclusive" and "the biggest response we have had for a long time." Islam Channel is the first free-to-air, English language, Islamic-focused satellite channel available in Europe and North Africa on Eurobird 1 and Astra 2A, 2B on frequency 11,661 GHz X horizontal and in UK also on the Sky platform (Channel 836).
