@negf03 no one might be saying it, but it is certainly implied in this video, which makes no mention of the individualized methodology you mentioned. I therefore ask you...What is it, based on this video, that I have misunderstood?

@yeagemk, The RKC system is a school of strength based on movement. The kettlebell is just a tool. Many of us employ our own methodology that is based on a systematic approach to training and utilizes several tools outside of the bell. The real mainstay to fitness is movement and the development of proper human movement-which is what the RKC system is based upon. I think you misunderstand our intent and what we stand for. No one is saying one object will give you the best shape ever.

Any source which oversimplifies the solution to fitness: " Buy a ketttlebell and get in the best shape ever", is grounds for suspicion. Here, the emphasis is being put on a material object, and not the real mainstays to fitness, such as motivation and intensity. I highly disagree with this methodology.

Wow!!!! Another amazing and inspiring video by the beautiful Amanda Salas. The energy and excitement that she brings to the screen is a rare gift only a few people have. She is by far the best host that I have ever watched and have been waiting to see her on a show like Entertainment Tonight or E! News. Great work Amanda!!!
