The 2 drug addicts from down the street stealing bikes from the crazy neighbor in the long list of other things admitted to being stolen while in court(plea of guilty)..

I set this camera up after the crazy neighbor had exposed his sexual organs to my mother and I when I was pulling into my driveway, I ended up catching this during a 2 day hiatus of the crazy neighbor being put in a psychiatric ward..

Damn theives. Did you notice that at about 1:04 the neighbor next to him comes out, stands next to the truck, and watches them until they take off with the bike?

@noisyrag2 the two goons actually told him that scott had allowed them to borrow the bikes, shortly after this happened, the crazy neighbor arrived by cab and got mad about the stolen bike..

Since hes kinda gone sober, why not try to do an interview with him, talk to the dude. Want to hear what his story is. I've been watching your videos for the pure psychological aspect of it... and I figured from the get go it was drug related, I'm guessing methamphetamines. Plus, if you have an interview and can get his permission to post the videos online, youtube can't do crap if you censor out the bad stuff.
