-Talcum Powder (you can use any makeup powder too) I bought this in Savers :)

@TorieBell707 Not really. The most expensive thing I see is liquid latex, and that stuff goes a long way if you're careful. A lot of people keep Vaseline on hand for first, balloons are inexpensive, and many different types of powder could be substituted.
