This run is decent but could've been sped up by at least a couple of seconds by using your starting troops to kill the guys approaching at the start and blow up the barrels - I reckon that could all be done in the 5 seconds before you get control of Tanya? Hell, wouldn't the fastest way to do the mission just be to rush the three guys you have to kill with your rangers, and not worry about Tanya at all?
