Twelve years on, the Tories' brand of sleaze looks pretty weedy compared to the wholesale stinking corruption practised by the likes of Mandelson, Robinson, Irvine, Vaz, Byers, Hoon, Smith, Alexander, McNulty, McLeish, Hain, Jo Moore, Milburn, Hughes, Paul Corrigan, and Blair himself! And the list goes on
Under the Tories there were undeniably some individual back-bench MPs with dodgy agendas of their own, but this Labour government is rotten to the core - the cabinet itself.
Reform is promised by the Westminster parties but with a second chamber, the House of Lords, and all it stands for in a class and privilege ridden country, we could wait forever to change that and the tradition of sleaze.

  • Too true!

    Great video

  • Yes. Think that says a lot about the way the democratically elected House of Commons is moving to the far right. Frightening that we have to rely on the Lords to protect our freedom. I see the The European Human Rights Court has condemned England for not destroying DNA samples of people found innocent of offences of which they were accused, including an 11-year-old boy. At least Scotland has not gone down that path.
