This is a video Frank and I (Lewis) had to make for our French project. A few facts about the movie:

-The video and audio quality is quite low since the movie was filmed on a standard digital camera, not a camcorder. For this reason, it's pretty hard to tell what's going on and what's being said, but I'm sure you can figure it out just fine. Also, we're speaking French quite quickly, adding yet again to the lack of clarity.

-All of the filming and editing was done no earlier than four days before the project was due. Yes, we are the masters of procrastination.

-Since there was so much background noise when we filmed, a portion of the audio was recorded and dubbed in after the fact. When we filmed the final tennis court sequence, there was actually a group of people playing hockey on one side of the court. We didn't have time to film the scene later, so we just restricted our shots to a single direction to keep them out of the picture. Most of the audio was dubbed in later, since the originally filmed audio was littered with yelling and hockey sticks slapping the ground.

-The opening scene where the ninja was robbing the casino involved a shot were he was dodging a bullet by jumping over it. The bullet was created in a 3D editing program called Blender, and was then chroma-keyed to the shot of the ninja split-jumping.

-The soundtrack includes music from an open movie (coincidentally created entirely in Blender) called Elephants Dream, from the movie A Beautiful Mind, from the video game Metroid Prime, and from the movie SWAT. We tried to stay away from music everyone already knew, so it wouldn't take away from the film.

-The programs used to create the film were: VirtualDub (video editing), Nero Vision (Compiling all the shots into a finished film), Nero Burning ROM (CD and DVD burning), Blender (3D animation of bullet), and Audacity (Audio editing and dubbing).

Hope you enjoy our video!
