Vintage and modern shots (these are documenting the last exploration of the site before the sealing of the access points) from the underground Kohnstein Galleries in Harz.
The facility was the V-1 and V-2 missiles production plant and, at the end of the war, the US Army discovered in the place thousands of slave workers from the East. Rare color photos of the plant and the workers during the production of the V-2 are also shown.
The galleries, pratically untouched since 1945, plenty of V-2 abandoned engines plus other important relics of the Nazi era, are now permanently closed to the public, with the exception of the main entrance, showing a 1:1 V-2 reproduction we can see near the end of the clip (at 07:43).
Soundtrack added (Demo Only) in 2009 by ROMANO-ARCHIVES performed by Introspective.
