This piece, SCOTTISH CRADLE SONG, is arranged for Moog Ethervox theremin and Celtic harp. The harp is a 35 string replica - made by harpmaker Jay Witcher - of the famous 17th century Offogerty brass strung harp. Ancient harps that were strung with brass or bronze (rather than gut or nylon like modern harps) were highly resonant and had a haunting, bell-like sound.
