@syracuse1010 Ah, I see. This was intended for new lacrosse players. To someone of your experience, it would seem tedious. But it does highlight several fundamentals that are important at all levels of play. Your coach probably just wants to remind you of those fundamentals so you can move on and learn more advanced skills.

Obviously, you are not brand-new to lacrosse, or you are new to the sport but are not interested in learning how to play well. In either case, I agree with you.
