It's even funnier later in this episode where all three alter-egos of Jerry, George and Kramer: A.G.(not H.E.) Pennypacker, Kal Varnson, and Art Vandelay appear in the same scene. At one point Varnson says to the woman who owns the apartment "Madam prepare yourself for an all out bidding war, this time advantage Varnson!!"
