I used to work for a security Company in Modesto California where this punk ass kid who is now 2nd in charge of the company was doing shit like this with his Chevy Malibu, my buddies in the Sheriff Dept. busted him for having Red and Blue lights in his Chevy Malibu and was doing traffic stops on clients properties

Ok this news reporter does not know what she is talking about, it is NOT ILLEGAL to own a "Patrol Car". What this man was driving was a formerly used Crown Victoria that clearly still had equipment in it. It is also not illegal to have a partition in the back with plastic seats, a push bar, or lighting. So long as your not using it on a public or county roadway. Also just because the FACTORY LABEL says "Police Interceptor" does NOT automatically make it a Police Vehicle.
