I got the album Boom Chuck Rock Now. My very first job when i was 14,was at a record pressing plant .Rainier records in Sumner,Wa. I think we pressed about 2000 total. The vinyls were pressed too thick resulting in minimal profit for my uncle's new small buisness.
Unless there was another video shoot, I was there but don't see myself among the dancers. I can't solve the dispute over where it was shot. I was in another band at the time and we opened for them at LaBamba's a few times. Billy was a decent, considerate guy in the green room and all about the music.
This was NOT recorded at KOIN, this was in fact recoded at Video Productions, Inc, at 824 NW 18th in Portland. It was directed by Don Blank as I recall, and I worked on it!
Thanks to Locals Only for posting this. The I miss the Portland Rock Scene from the 80s.
Say Hello to David Jester, my old rival and sometimes associate
This was recorded at KOIN studios. All the fans are real fans of the band. If you look you can see Karen, Billy's girlfriend. You can see Bartkowski, the photographer and many others!
Thank you LocalsOnly9 and David Jester. I have gone back in time to happier days in a flash. I hope David brings out the earlier videos he took, like at the Pidgeon-Toed Orange Peel. Those would be great to see...the real early days! I've been hounding David for years about those. You made my day! Again...Thank you!

Hey, I worked on that video too! Tony and Mike and I (Joel) were the young PAs - loved Billy Rancher - bought his album - wish I still had it.
