Nice video! Have a great harvest! I have a balcony about your size and this is my third year growing.

give your basil redbull so it can grow big and strong, side effects may include your plant flying away because they grow wings.

Herbs thrive when they are regularly trimmed. But don't be too drastic. Cut the herb above a node (where leaves are coming out of the stem) and be sure to leave a few sets of leaves below your cut. The thing about the flowers I found to be true. My basil is going NUTS! I'll record my container garden as it is these days along with pictures of what it looked like when I first planted it. I haven't had much luck growing things like peppers from seed. Any pointers, please message me.

No, water early morning...if you water at night, you will get fungus or disease.

look up earth buckets on youtube they work really well i just made 2 and have them filled with carrots, basil and am saving the other for my cherry tomatoes. i got my buckets for 2.48 at walmart but if you look around you may be able to get them for free.good luck . and you will always get better with practice!!!
listen little girl with your basil and your cilantro, & your soon your mint, are all starting to flower.
nip the flowers off with your fingers. becasue when the plants start to flower the greens start to die off. its going to seed. if you WANT seeds from the plants let it happen & re plant those. if you want the benefit of their greens, NIP the flower buds off.
re your containers, if you want more plant space, just use a window box & border your whole upper hand rail- strawberrys are easy

@poosaypirate Thanks for your tip. Now here's mine... Comments like this would be better received if they didn't contain such a condescending tone. Good day!

You need a lot bigger pots for those plants. Especially the Beefsteak tomato. Nonetheless nice garden.

@Stohz Thanks for watching. This was posted over a year ago and I definitely upgraded the plants to bigger pots. Still can't get big varieties to flourish fully. :( Ah well, will stick to cherry or grape varieties.
