Video is great except for the darker parts where sloppy compression has destroyed the backgrounds. Is the background noise this bad on the original video?

@wcboggs From my experience, I am pretty sure that is YouTube screwing it up. I have a nice camera (another Lumix), and my best friend has a nice camera, and the quality of both is kind of crappy looking on YT. But I don't know about this camera itself.

Is there a filter on that or is it after effects? Also, the video seems a little over compressed and lacks quality because of it. Would love to see it in better quality
