I was suspended after 8 years w/ eBay recently. I had 100% feedback & a powerseller. I was suspended because PayPal rated me as a high risk seller, due to the fact I had a dispute with an international customer who did not receive his package that was worth approx. $1000.00. The idiot never got his package because he never paid customs or filled out the paperwork to get his package @ his post office, but blames me & reports me 2 PayPal. Now, I'm out $1000, a cell phone I listed, & no acct. :-(

Hi Joe,

I was suspended from and buyer complaint from someone who never paid for 19 items. Yep Ebay didn't care back in Feb 08 and it sounds like things are getting worse. Their rating system started beginning of '08 and it is bruttal and totally unfair. My buyer dinged me on all 19 items, even though I gave him 2 months to pay. Watch out on Ebay. They will rob you blind.

About that phone call, I'm laughing my ass off. In the book "One Hundred Ways To Ruin Ebay" written by Meg Witman, on page 84, paragraph 6, it talks about giving one non-paying bidder strike reversal per month to all buyers.

By the way, "One Hundred Ways To Ruin Ebay" has been my little bible for the past 8 years, and like Nostradamus, EVERY segment has rung true... every one of them!

Yep, I think they are trying to get rid of the small sellers so they can move into crap from China and Walmart type companies. Well it looks like they are going to get their wish. I will never go back to Ebay.
