  • hows the heating problem? mine got too hot once and melted the plastic top, im currently building a 2 1-liter series circuited coil types (cheap and got no time to fashion metal plates) cheers!

  • so far no problems with overheating, and it's been driven on 105*+ days here in Oklahoma. I'm currently building a 10 plate plexi set up and I'm installing an efie that I've built per the free engergy plans. I'm shooting for a 30-40% increase, my HHO production, I'm shooting for 2.5-3lpm.

  • SO today was the day....drumroll... 17% increase in mpg. I looked at my mileage log, and for the last month and 1/2 I had been getting 18.62mpg. the best being 20mpg and the worst 17.97mpg. After the install of the six pack alone I got 21.76mpg. Next step is to add a pyrometer, map adjuster and a new 5 cell plate system that produces around 2-2.5 lpm.

  • I saw wire mesh in bottles. Tell us about the bottle setup...

  • the wire mesh is what's holding the bottles together. I bought some screen and stapled it to the particle board that the bottles are siting on, then I used the bungee cords to keep everything nice and secure

  • Interesting.

Watch out for the glass. How many lpm are you getting? Keep us updated please. Thanks.

  • I haven't measured how many LPM yet, I was going to try to get that done this weekend and see what happens, so far by reading my fuel gauge and my trip odometer, I'd says there's an improvement. We'll see in a few days!

  • yes yes, nice hydrogen setup, whatever, I just wanna know where my fricken' mustard is.

  • @frozenveinz1 After that the hydrogen burning process is not entirely efficient. After that you get losses from the drive system. Oh, and charging the battery isnt efficient. And the battery leaks. Total it up. It wont work. You need a constant inflow of fuel in greater and greater quantities for this.

  • This is total and complete bullshit, it will not help your gas mileage. In fact, it will decrease it. It's simple math. Your engine is about 20% efficient. After that your gears and belts and the transmission make additional losses. After that your alternator is only partly efficient, at most 80%. After that the wiring creates resistive losses. After that the stainless steel in the cell creates more resistive losses. After that the electrosys process is not entirely efficient.

  • It is incredibly stupid to put that in your car without a bubbler in case of a flashback. You haven't helped your situation at all. All you have done is to try to kill yourself with a 6-pack of glass grenades. Please do yourself a favor and put a bubbler in you hho line before your intake. Otherwise, you are putting others around you in danger along with yourself. SAFETY FIRST

  • I run two gens with 316 plates. I found that wire and 304 burnes out very quikly. My two gens pull 27 amps, what amps are you running when they are hot?

  • cool, good luck and keep us posted!
