This is a tutorial on how to get the Black Eye Skull in Halo3.
Takes place on the level "Crows Nest".
Effect: Shields do not recharge automatically.
You must kill enemies by meleeing them so that your shield may be charged back to normal.
No longer can you get an overshield.

no,you have to start at the start of the mission

lol, me too. i was walking about and one of my friends threw a grenade at me on sierra 117 and i found the fog skull lol.

this skull would probably work with you in cortana, cause ur always meeleing wth an energy sword so ur health would be full alot
