  • @chshamus3xw - I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about, it's not a complete sentence. Try again.

  • @chshamus3xw 1. Who doesn't want a better life for future generations of Americans, Canadians, Mexicans.... North Americans, whatever nationality or label you wish to place here? However it's ensured, I'm for it.

    2. In case you haven't noticed, we're already in the era of globalization; good for some, downright nasty for others.

    3. It is true that hope doesn't present a strategy to make life better; not by itself anyway. But my view is it doesn't hurt to have hope... for yourself and others.

  • @krislyttle Sorry, hoping doesn't get anything worthwhile done. Positive change is done with rational thinking and an action plan that supports it. We have more and more taxes and less rights as time goes on. Do you honestly think that NAU will be good for us? Most likely not!

Ask yourself this. If you we're here tomorrow. What would you say and stand up for today so that your kids would have a better life?!

  • @crazyforcanada You are SO right! Keep everyony dumb, misinformed, uninformed and you complete control. Hello Canada and USA! That's you!

    We're fucked.

  • @chshamus3xw Believe me, I do have some understanding about what you're saying. I am also now facing some challenging issues myself.

Protecting and preserving peaceful cultures is vital to any society. And you're quite right; hoping for a better future is in no way an effective strategy to enact positive change. I suspect that may have in large part caused this criminality that your people have been facing for so long.

If it will help, I will visit a First Nations community as soon as I can.

  • I agree with you on the Native issue as I am of Mohawk decent. However, hoping for the best? Come on now. You can't really expect the best to happen by ....hoping. Do some research! Make a stand and speak up for what is right. Your life and that of your family is not going to get better in time. Take care.

  • You got that right!!!
