Wouldn't it be handy if you could fill-in forms in PDFs? Most PDFs don't let you do it, but this video will show you how you can do it.

  • I don't know if it works on a mac. Have a look at the website, perhaps they do a version for mac. Alternatively, there's a program for linux called PDFEdit, that is more likely to be able to run on a mac, but again no promises.

  • how do you find the toolbar that adjusts font size and color?

  • you can do this with adobe pdf professional should be available on all platforms. I used to do this on a daily basis at a job i used to have.

  • Excellent tutorial. I especially liked the stamp tool for signatures. Do forms created by PDF-XChange Viewer remain editable if opened with Adobe Reader?
