Love the PVC, that is a tech I can relate too!

Beautiful job! What type of tubing did you use, and how did you join the tubing pieces? I ride to work every day and want to build something like it for the winter. Thanks.

@hauserkaspar Lol! Thanks. ^^

@ultrabot90 I like the design too. But unfortunately the man does not reply. The trike is a TW Bent by the way.

Cool. I want to build my own. Did you make the trike yourself as well?

well, I basically used pvc pipes and pvc connectors like elbows, tees, female connectors. Using a heat gun I molded the pipes using my other bicycle rims as a jig in order to copy the radius. I recommend you to make a design on paper first to define the shape and the structure. What kind of recumbent do you have. I can help you sending sketches and photos if you want. Let me khave your e mail address.

Sorry guys, I did not see any comments on the email. Any questions, just let me know I would love to share. Check the sunshine state velomobile 2 video to see it running, I do it every single weekend, the original idea was to protect me from the sun and it came up something cool, really fun to drive. My wife is working a web site to show construction details, we will provide the link when ready.
