well i will say this, in 1945 Europe an Asia were both trashed by ww2. the U.S. gdp represented half of the production of the planet. a lot of what this guy says makes sense, but some of our 'fall" represents other countries digging themselves out and learning to compete. we aren't going to have it easy, we'll have to up our game in every aspect if we want to improve our quality of life. I think we're in the process of doing that, but we won't be able to dominate in manufacturing etc. like b4.
