This same model is used in only one wing of our HS. The others are a different SpectrAlert set to the steady siren. And I'm not sure what model it is

Yep. About 50 miles. I have actually visited Lebanon a few times before and recorded (and had the honor to set off) a siren once. Check my videos for "Denver Siren" to see it.
