Brilliant!
British humour has a long tradition of absurdity. Milligan, Tommy Cooper, Monty Python and even early Billy Connolly. American humour (in general) seems so mundane in comparison.

There are all types of humor. Is it really necessary to keep comparing everything to America? Why not just enjoy the video and let Americans or whomever do the same. What do you have to prove by making that statement? Really.... After all, the show "Cheers" an American television show was HUGELY popular in Britain in the '80's. England has many talented comedians, but they don't have a patent on humour. There are all types.
