I'm so sorry for all those who have been watching. I've been working my booty off. Unfortunately I've reached the point where just eating won't help me loose weight now. So I'm STILL 205 lbs. Cause it's not just eating right, it's working out too. So now I gotta build up my workouts to help get rid of the other pounds. And for people who think diet pills work it says on the bottom you gotta eat right AND workout too. HAHA! That's what you get for not reading the small print! BLAH!

Latest and greatest (even if it's old) find is Dance Dance Revolution. If you watch the video in my favorites and watch the 5 year olds move so fast. Just think what that does to your tummy. Better than Wii Fit to be honest. Not only does it help weight, it helps with concentration too!!!

I'll have a video up soon of my playing it :)

My website is up but updating slowly to make sure all the information I put up is right. I'll also hopefully have a supermarket video up soon. Take you to your local supermarket and make you guess and take a close look at what your really eating. :)

So I am going back to Multi Vitamins cause I stopped drinking the GNC mix cause I don't have time to mix so the Daily Women Multi Vitamins are easier and fits in my purse :)

  • another good wii game is the just dance. Man you can burn around 1000 calories doing all these dance games!

  • eat more fresh fruits and veggies.. and if u eat pasta/starch, ride a bike or work it off right after... good luck!

  • try eat 100 to 200 lesser calories it helps me lose weight little quicker and healthy way long still excrising
