Was pleased with this, not deadlifted in a long time, hit a pr after this in the next video..

Bodyweight is exactly 77 Kg - 17 years old.

And of course... in traditional olympic-lifter fashion, no wraps, straps, belt or suits.. totally raw... although I did use chalk.

  • @xjusticex2013x sory for the late reply only just got the computer back. Well in weightlifting the pulls especially are focused on explosive power as a requirement, so i suppose a weightlifter needs explosive power in the pulling movements so the peak power for a weightlifter is high up for pulls compaired to there 1 rm compaired to a lot of strength training athletes, but it is an interesting point. I dont know what my 1 rm is really though because i hardly ever do dlifts.

  • Hell, looked like speed work.

How do o-lifters like you lift maximal weight so fast?

  • yea my sprint technique is horrible

  • @mikeyburger1 Mix it up with sprints, you will need some basic sprinting technique though

  • ha thanks.. shame I don't find squats so easy

  • Easy!, modafucka you are getting stronger fast
