Is it just me or does the music in decoder adjustment portions sound a little like Kraftwerk's "Radioactivity"?

Interestingly enough, there seems to be a modern contemporary to this. In some cities, there's an HD channel called THIS Television. It's a joint venture between Weigel Broadcasting and MGM. If your DVR offers the capability, you can tape to your hearts content, but there is a caveat--it's only stuff from MGM's library.

With lifestyle/fashion documenteries (plus their normal feature run movies) I wonder how they were able to fit all this programming in with the movies during the night? Cool to see what this looked like un-scrambled. Thanks for sharing this vid!

They didn't run movies every night. Remember they only broadcasted 4 hours a night so either they ran a couple movies that fit in 4 hours, 1 movie with one or two short lifestyle segments or a whole block of them. There were some nights when it wasn't worth setting the recorder.
