go to car performance and where it says handling power and all that like where u have to do races to unlock it go to the right side the nos and click it then do the upgrade

go to the dealer ship go to all cars on the right side of the screen it will tell u the max league and buy a car that says max league 2 that means thats how far you can use till when u do that the protoype will light up and u can upgrade

You need ta have a car which has a max league of league 2. It is next to minimum league. You need to have all mod packs then you can use your prototype packs. Hope I helped.
