Add Noise Removal in Sony Vegas PRO 8/9

If you may know, the noise removal feature in Sony Vegas PRO is crap. Well, in simple terms, not very effective. So in this tutorial, i'll talk about the program 'Audacity' which helps add an effective Noise Removal feature to your videos. Well, somehow i don't use it anymore but if anyone wants to remove any background noise off the video, then i'd suggest doing this. By the way, i'm giving my go on Camtasia Studio instead of Sony Vegas PRO for a while so bare with me here. By the way, here's the link to Audacity -

Sony Noise gate works but all it does is mute the audio if sound is below threshhold, its not a true noise removal.

Use Audacity but there is no need to extract mp3. Just right-click on the sound track in Sony Vegas and "Open in audio editor" ;)

Forget noise gates. Sony's noise removal is called "Noise Removal 2" and comes with Sound Forge Pro. You can also buy it on its own, but it costs over a hundred dollars. If you can get an old version of Sound Forge (7, say) you might save some money. The plugin is then usable from Vegas (both pro and home studio).

Audacity did'nt had simple low to high settins on noice remover, it did'nt work! What did wor was th nioce gate! Thanx for piontin me to that ;)

Sony VegasNOISE REDUCTION IS NOT USELESS, IT YOU JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO ADJUST THE LEVELS.
