Not at all, you're probably just some bad player that doesn't know how to handle one ^^ I used to play with Neubauer lp´s. Used it to return serves easier and build up my forehand attacks ^^ Also for defensive play. I can play just as good with regular backside rubbers on both sides, but choose not to because it's funnier to play with lp's =) I can just switch side when I want to play backhand anyway ;)

It takes practice to play with these rubber's, and yes they are hard to play against, but they can be beat if you play the right sort of game otherwise your own attack comes back at you.
