This episode is great. It was so sad to see that Carrie saw the beautifulness of Paris and yet Alexandre's daughter and wife felt the need to feel that Paris' architecture isn't really that great. Carrie would be excited about the Eiffel Tower and yet the daughter would say the light show is horrible. Carrie thought the restuarant was wonderful until the wife said the chair's were hideous. There was always something but without speaking the language, its understandable to feel completely lonely.
