  • What about the gluten connection? I have hypothyroidism and had an enlarged thyroid for 15 years, went off gluten and it has gone down by at least 75% in just a few months. My need for synthroid has also gone down. .150 mg to .100 mg. If you have any autoimmune disorder I'd look into gluten as the cause. It has already made a world of difference for me. Good Luck!
