SatoriFarm and DonBailey re: EMC Fraud Foreclosure and PA Court Corruption on JoeLive 2012-01-21.mov

Satori Farm are victims of a fraudulent foreclosure being brought against them by EMC Mortgage through Grenen & Birsic law firm of Pittsburgh, PA. EMC recently paid a $28 million fine to the Securities & Exchange Commission for filing fraudulent paperwork, yet Pennsylvania Courts are ignoring the Fraudulent Verifications and Fraudulent Assignments from EMC in this case.

Lynn Szymoniak, esq., who was recently featured on 60 minutes discussing foreclosure fraud, has verified the Fraudulent Assignments and Fraudulent Verifications with two expert witness affidavits for Satori Farm, but the courts won't let Satori Farm have a hearing to present any exhibits. Lynn also trained the FBI and CIA on how to discover fraudulent documents, so her affidavit is extremely credible.

This case has been ongoing since 1997, when Mr. Conklin, owner of Satori Farm, discovered the beginnings of foreclosure fraud, and had the courts listened then, the entire foreclosure fraud crisis that swept the nation could have more than likely been prevented. Instead, the courts are trying to silence the whistleblower and sweep this case under the rug in order to continue covering up their fraud and protecting the other judges involved in the case from being disciplined for judicial misconduct.

Racism has a lot to do with this case as well. Fresh air fund children from inner cities used to come out to enjoy nature, see eggs come from chickens, catch their first fish, enjoy horseback riding, nature walks and all the other benefits a glimpse of life on a farm can provide.

Then Satori decided to host the Fresh Air Fund picnic, for all the members, families and chaperones to attend. Warrington Township, who had a property owned by the KKK just a few miles up the road where crosses burned in the last 20 years decided they didn't want minorities in their township so they brought zoning violation charges against Satori. During the hearing, township solicitor Christina Veltri said "You let THOSE kids swim in your pool?" with a look of disgust. There were 7 witnesses present who all provided affidavits stating they heard those exact words.

Satori appealed the decision by the zoning board and they sent an army of officials down (DEP, sewage enforcement, and several others) to harass the owners and found nothing out of compliance. The case went to Federal Judge Christopher C. Connor, who on a transcript, exclaimed basically that he couldn't understand why the owners of Satori Farm would be upset that children of color were discriminated against on his own property when he himself is not a minority.

The transcript with Conner's racist comments is available. Connor was asked to recuse himself, and it created an excrement storm in the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and ever since then, Mr. Conklin has never had a fair shake there because Conner and his buddies John E. Jones III (plagiarized 90% of ACLU brief in the intelligent design case) and president Judge Yvette Kane (took over $80,000 in bribes from law firms who brought cases in front of her) all ganged up on Mr. Conklin.

All of this is discussed in great detail in the video, and all of these claims can easily be verified by the mountains of well documented evidence Mr. Conklin has collected over the years.

You can help! Please spread the word, contact the PA Courts, PA Media, and Politicians and let them know you want to see Mr. Conklin get a fair trial. His due process and Constitutional rights are constantly being tossed aside in favor of the bankers, judges, and township's own agendas.
