when the dude first jumps back its almost as if he is pulled, he moves laterally backwards to fast too quick for it to be just jumping.. secondly there seems to be no inteferance of the rail stoping him after his second jump when he is landing on the ground, just doesnt seem right, pixels around his body perameter are slightly off seems like a special effecs students' mess about project

Certainly looks real & appears to be somewhere in germany (proceedures like this are classed as( I.W.A. work on railways) (stands for Individual Working Alone) where the person on the track is responsible for their own safety,(or demise if the get it wrong).
I used to work on the railway As I.W.A.
(you really have to be VERY switched on & keep a sharp lookout for fast approaching trains).
