Interesting that Vander wanted this album (like the 1st) called simply "Magma." The record company insisted on a title though.
As titles go, it's not too cheesy. Calls attention to the passionate heat of the music. And no better flames than those of Riah Sahlitaahk to demonstrate that. Any number of the many themes in this could have been worked into full pieces, but Vander and Co. simply pour them out relentlessly, rarely going back, and most often without any transition or bridge.
