On February 9, 2011, the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Energy Subcommittee held a hearing on draft legislation to prohibit the EPA from regulating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Congressman Doyle used his time to question EPA Administrator Jackson about the impact that the EPA's GHG rule would have on US manufacturers. Administrator Jackson responded that the regulation would have minimal effects on most of them.
